Motion emerges from the sculpture of alabaster tubes. Developed by Atelier Alain Ellouz, LIBERTY is our latest poetic expression of the vocabulary of forms in our INFINITY collection. Free as the air, LIBERTY D, LIBERTY N and LIBERTY A unleash infinite variations in the dialog between space and light.
These lighting fixtures are designed with back-lit alabaster stone sculpted in different shapes and sizes. Hung from steel, leather-covered cables, the elements in the LIBERTY collection can be composed to perform an aerial ballet and reinvent how we perceive space.
After the cancellation last May of the New York Design Week event, AAE set a virtual launch of the LIBERTY collection on June 1st. The event’s innovative concept was praised by the design community and attracted attention from the international press and social media.
