Onda is a new luxury boutique residence in Miami’s exclusive Bay Harbor area. It was designed by the architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and the interior design scheme is by Studio A++ Human Sustainable Architecture, while Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties and Ugo Colombo of CMC Group joined together in a new partnership on the development front.
With breathtaking views of Miami’s Biscayne Bay, the eight-storey building boasts direct water views and a private marina for residents, so it is heaven for boating and water sports enthusiasts.
The building is inspired by the colours and waves of the sea and it contains 41 exclusive residences, all of which have private or semi-private lifts, and spacious terraces. The rooftop pool has 360° panoramic views of the city and the bay, as well as a tropical landscape designed by architect Enzo Enea.
The very best that Italy has to offer takes centre stage inside, where a unique and highly distinctive touch is added by more than 3,000 m² of Margraf marble large size tiles with a thickness of just 1 cm and a polished finish. The bathrooms are havens of personal well-being, like genuine private spas enhanced by the timeless beauty of the Vicenza-based company’s marble.
Onda features a sustainable building design, cutting-edge and energy-efficient air conditioning, a heating system with ultra-quiet technology, and state-of-the-art air and water filtration systems for unique, eco-friendly comfort.
Rounding off the range of amenities are 24-hour valet service, a grand lobby, a spa, a gym, a yoga room, electric vehicle charging stations, and an integrated digital concierge.
By providing not only fine marble and natural stones, but above all a peerless consulting and design service, Margraf has once again underlined its status as an exceptional partner in the luxury residential building industry.
