O’Bagels es un proyecto desarrollado en la ciudad de Lechería, Edo. Anzoátegui, Venezuela, con la idea de llenar un nicho de comida rápida gourmet en la ciudad.
La idea del proyecto fue la de representar la frescura de los alimentos utilizados para la elaboración de los alimentos en el ambiente del local, mediante el uso de la vegetación natural. Esto generó un ambiente cálido, pero a su vez muy confortable y fresco para los visitantes del espacio.
El local cuenta con dos niveles y está construido en una superficie de 56 m2.
Se construyó con un presupuesto muy bajo, pero con un muy buen aprovechamiento de los materiales y recursos naturales de la zona.
O’Bagels is a project developed in the city of Lechería, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela, with the idea of filling a niche of gourmet fast food in the city.
The idea of the project was to represent the freshness of the food used for the elaboration in the environment of the restaurant, through the use of natural vegetation. This created a warm and comfortable environment for visitors that use the space.
The establishment has two levels and is built on an area of 56 m2.
It was built with a very low budget, but with a good use of the materials and natural resources of the area.
